For Regular Paper, more than twelve (12) pages need to pay extra page charges and maximum page length up to sixteen (16) pages. For Short Paper, more than six (06) pages need to pay extra page charges and maximum page length up to eight (08) pages. Extra pages charges INR 800 for Indian authors, and USD 15 for foreign authors.

Authors from undeveloped country will pay equivalent amount of INR.

Listener fee INR 3000.00 for Indian, and USD 80 for foreigner.
